  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into sausages, about 4 inches long and 1 inch thick.
  3. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 15 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through.
