Massachusetts Mussels
This is a delicious seafood dish featuring fresh mussels cooked in a flavorful broth.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- White wine - 1 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh mussels - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Clean the mussels by scrubbing them under cold water and removing any beards.
