- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1, diced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Tomatoes - 4 large, diced
- White fish fillets - 1 pound, cut into chunks
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the tomatoes start to break down.
- Add the shrimp and fish to the skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Stir in the lime juice and cilantro. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
