Ingredients - Serves 2
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Mixed salad greens - 4 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Tempeh - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Cut the tempeh into cubes and place in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, maple syrup, and minced garlic. Pour over the tempeh and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated tempeh. Cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
