Marinated Jellyfish

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Dried jellyfish - 100 grams
Let's Get Started
- Soak the dried jellyfish in water for at least 24 hours, changing the water several times.
- After soaking, rinse the jellyfish under cold water, then blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute. Rinely again under cold water and drain.
- In a bowl, combine the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and red chili flakes to make the marinade.
- Add the jellyfish to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Before serving, sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
