Maple Syrup Glazed Salmon

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the maple syrup mixture over them.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Halfway through baking, baste the salmon with the maple syrup mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Serve the salmon hot, drizzled with the remaining glaze from the baking dish.
