Maple Syrup Glazed Salmon
This delicious salmon recipe is sweet, savory and so easy to make. The maple syrup and soy sauce glaze adds a wonderful flavor to the salmon.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Maple syrup - 1/2 cup
- Salmon fillets - 4 (6 ounce each)
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the maple syrup mixture over them.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Halfway through baking, baste the salmon with the maple syrup mixture in the baking dish.
- Serve the salmon hot, drizzled with the remaining glaze from the baking dish.
