- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 3
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Maple syrup - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 16 oz
- Butter - 1/4 cup, melted
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set.
- Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with additional maple syrup.
- Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
