Malanga Fritters
These crispy and flavorful malanga fritters are a delicious appetizer or snack.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Malanga - 2 cups, grated

- In a large bowl, combine the grated malanga, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the egg, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
