- Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon

- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Egg whites - from 2 eggs
- Longjing tea leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh shrimp - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- Clean the shrimp and pat dry. Remove the heads and shells if desired.
