Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock to the pot.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Add the salmon and chopped dill to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.
