Lobster Tacos
These delicious lobster tacos are filled with succulent lobster meat, fresh vegetables, and a zesty sauce.

- Hot sauce - To taste
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Flour tortillas - 8
- Lobster tails - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the lobster tails for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.

- Serve the lobster tacos with extra lime wedges and hot sauce on the side.
