Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the lobster tails for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  7. In another small bowl, mix together the lime juice, sour cream, and hot sauce.
  8. To assemble the tacos, place a spoonful of the lettuce mixture onto each tortilla.
  9. Top with the grilled lobster meat and avocado slices.
  10. Drizzle the lime sour cream sauce over the top.
  11. Serve the lobster tacos with extra lime wedges and hot sauce on the side.
