Lobster Mac & Cheese
A rich and decadent main course, this lobster mac & cheese is the ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Sharp cheddar cheese - 2 cups, shredded
- Whole milk - 2 cups
- All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Macaroni - 2 cups, uncooked
- Lobster meat - 1 pound, cooked and chopped
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, then bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the macaroni and lobster.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
