  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  3. Add the crab meat and cook for a few minutes until it changes color.
  4. Add the white wine and let it reduce for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add the heavy cream, bread crumbs, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
