Loaded Mashed Potatoes
These loaded mashed potatoes are packed with cheese, bacon, and green onions for a side dish that's full of flavor.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Green onions - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Potatoes - 2 pounds, peeled and cubed
Let's Get Started
- Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
