- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Bell pepper - 1, diced
- Onion - 1 small, diced
- Bacon - 4 strips, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 4 medium, diced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread out on a baking sheet.
