Little Neck Clams in Garlic Sauce

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Little neck clams - 2 pounds

- Clean the clams thoroughly under cold running water.
