Linguine with Chorizo and Tomato Sauce

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
