Limber
Limber is a refreshing Puerto Rican frozen treat made with fruit juice and sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 cup
- Fruit juice (e.g., orange, pineapple, passion fruit) - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a blender, combine the fruit juice, sweetened condensed milk, water, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds or cover the cups with plastic wrap and insert toothpicks.
- Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- To serve, remove the limbers from the molds or cups and enjoy!
