Lazy Style Stir Fried Pork

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sesame oil and sauté the green onions, red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture.
  7. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and coats the pork and vegetables.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
