Lazy Style Stir Fried Pork
This lazy style stir fried pork is a quick and easy dish packed with flavor.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Broccoli florets - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Green onions - 4, sliced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sesame oil and sauté the green onions, red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture.
- Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and coats the pork and vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
