- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Whole grain bread - 4 slices
- Lancashire cheese - 100 grams, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On two of the slices, layer the lettuce, tomato, onion, and Lancashire cheese.
- Spread mayonnaise on the other two slices of bread and place them on top of the cheese, mayonnaise side down.
