Kumquat Lemon Tea

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the kumquats, lemon juice, and honey to the pot. Stir until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Add the tea bags to the pot and let them steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool for a few minutes.
  5. Pour the tea into cups, making sure to get some kumquats in each cup.
  6. Serve the tea warm, or refrigerate it and serve it cold.
