Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, water, and salt. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into thin noodles.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles until tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a separate pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and green onions. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the simmering broth, stirring gently to create egg ribbons.
  6. Divide the cooked noodles among serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles.
  7. Garnish with crumbled roasted seaweed and additional chopped green onions, if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
