  2. In a separate pan, cook the ground meat, onion, carrot, and frozen peas until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the cooked meat and vegetables to the mashed potatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into small patties or cylinders.
  5. Dip each patty into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the korokke until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
