- Onion - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Gochujang - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and gochujang.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
