Korean BBQ Beef Skewers
These Korean BBQ beef skewers are marinated in a flavorful sauce and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 4, chopped
- Pear - 1, grated
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Beef sirloin - 1.5 pounds, cut into cubes
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, grated pear, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
