Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lamb, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  3. Place the marinated lamb in a roasting pan and add the potatoes around it.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 4 hours, or until the lamb is tender and the potatoes are cooked.
  5. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 200°C (390°F), and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the lamb is browned.
  6. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the lamb and potatoes and serve.
