Kimchi Tofu Stir Fry
This spicy and flavorful stir-fry combines tofu and kimchi for a delicious Korean-inspired dish.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Kimchi - 1 cup, chopped
- Tofu - 1 block, drained and cubed
Let's Get Started
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
