Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion, carrot, and frozen peas. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the chopped kimchi and cooked rice to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  7. Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice mixture.
  8. Add the crispy bacon back to the skillet and stir to combine.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
