Keto Sausage and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, 1 egg, salt, and black pepper. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining 3 eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Spread the cooked sausage and spinach evenly over the crust in the pie dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the filling in the pie dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  9. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
