Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken breast with soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the broccoli.
  7. Add sesame oil and erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener) to the skillet. Stir fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
