Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the minced meat to the pan and cook until it is browned.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  5. Add the peas and garam masala to the pan. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, until the peas are cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
