Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Set aside for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. In another pan, scramble the eggs and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, saute the onions and green chilies until the onions are caramelized.
  5. Heat the paratha bread on a tawa or pan until it's slightly crispy.
  6. Place the cooked chicken, scrambled eggs, and sauteed onions and chilies on the paratha. Roll it tightly and wrap it in foil or paper.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
