  2. In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar, and lime juice. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, pineapple, cucumber, bean sprouts, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, and dried shrimp.
