Kaassoufflé
Kaassoufflé is a classic Dutch snack, a delicious cheese-filled puff pastry that is usually deep-fried. It's crispy on the outside and filled with gooey melted cheese on the inside.

- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Gouda cheese - 200 grams, sliced
- Puff pastry - 4 sheets

- Preheat your deep fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Lay out the puff pastry sheets and place the cheese in the center of each.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing the edges by pressing down with a fork.
- Brush each pastry with the beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry the pastries for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
