Jujube Tea
Jujube tea is a traditional Korean tea made from the dried jujube fruit. It's sweet, warm, and great for digestion.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, sliced
- Brown sugar or honey - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 4 cups
- Dried jujubes - 10-12
Let's Get Started
- Rinse the dried jujubes under cold water.
- In a pot, add the jujubes, water, ginger, and cinnamon stick.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, add the brown sugar or honey and stir until dissolved.
- Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
