Let's Get Started

  1. Rinse the dried jujubes under cold water.
  2. In a pot, add the jujubes, water, ginger, and cinnamon stick.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes, add the brown sugar or honey and stir until dissolved.
  6. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
