Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and mirin to make the marinade.
  2. Slice the pork belly into thin strips and marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the tonkotsu ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a separate pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the marinated pork belly and cook until browned and crispy.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and shredded cabbage to the pot and cook until slightly wilted.
  6. Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls and top with the pork belly, bean sprouts, and cabbage mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
