  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Roll the chicken breasts tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  4. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the chicken roulades to the skillet and sear on all sides until golden brown.
