Jicama and Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sweet potatoes - 2 medium, peeled and cut into fries
- Jicama - 1 medium, peeled and cut into fries

- In a large bowl, toss the jicama and sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
