Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. When the egg begins to set, roll it towards one end of the pan with a spatula.
  5. Move the rolled egg to the side and apply oil to the rest of the pan.
  6. Pour another thin layer of egg mixture in the pan and under the rolled egg.
  7. When the new layer begins to set, roll the egg again, starting from the side with the rolled egg.
  8. Repeat this process until all the egg mixture is used.
  9. Remove the omelette from the pan and let it cool before cutting it into slices.
