Hwae Dupbap
Hwae Dupbap is a traditional Korean dish made with raw fish and rice.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Red chili pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Sushi rice - 2 cups, cooked
- Fresh fish fillets - 200g
Let's Get Started
- Slice the fish fillets into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, green onions, and red chili pepper.
- Place the cooked sushi rice in a serving bowl.
- Arrange the sliced fish, cucumber, carrot, and lettuce on top of the rice.
- Drizzle the sesame oil mixture over the ingredients.
- Serve the Hwae Dupbap immediately and mix everything together before eating.
