Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the hijiki seaweed in water for 15 minutes, then drain and rinse.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the carrot and tofu and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the hijiki, soy sauce, and mirin. Cook for another 10 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
