Hibiscus Infused Iced Coffee

  1. In a coffee maker or French press, brew the ground coffee with 2 cups of water.
  2. While the coffee is brewing, steep the hibiscus tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and let the hibiscus tea cool.
  4. Once the coffee is brewed, let it cool to room temperature.
  5. In a pitcher, combine the cooled coffee and hibiscus tea.
  6. Add honey or sweetener to taste and stir well.
  7. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  8. Pour the hibiscus infused coffee over the ice cubes.
  9. Add milk or cream to each glass and stir gently.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
