Herb Roasted Potatoes
These herb roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and packed with a lot of flavors.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Thyme - 1 tablespoon, fresh or dried
- Rosemary - 1 tablespoon, fresh or dried
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 1.5 pounds, cut into 1 inch pieces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Turn the potatoes halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
