- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Baby potatoes - 1 pound
