Herb Marinated Pork Tenderloin
A succulent pork tenderloin marinated in a blend of fresh herbs and spices, then roasted to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Thyme - 1 tablespoon, fresh and chopped
- Rosemary - 1 tablespoon, fresh and chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Pork tenderloin - 1.5 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a large zip-top bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the pork on a roasting rack set in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
