Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the semolina, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the milk and melted butter, and stir until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet, and spread into a round shape with the back of the spoon.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve the pancakes hot, drenched in additional melted butter.
