Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on each flour tortilla.
  3. Layer the ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on top of the tortillas.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly to form burritos.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Place the burritos in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Slice the burritos in half and serve warm.
