- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Bread - 4 slices
- Tomato - 2 slices
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Bacon - 4 slices, cooked
- Halibut fillets - 2 fillets
