Gyoza Ramen
This delicious Gyoza Ramen combines the flavors of Japanese dumplings and ramen noodles in a comforting and flavorful broth.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cabbage - 1 cup, finely chopped
- Ground pork - 200g
- Gyoza wrappers - 12
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto each gyoza wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing firmly.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Place the gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add the chicken broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles between two bowls. Pour the hot chicken broth over the noodles.
- Top the ramen with the cooked gyoza, sliced green onions, and soft-boiled eggs.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
