Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto each gyoza wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing firmly.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Place the gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add the chicken broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Divide the cooked ramen noodles between two bowls. Pour the hot chicken broth over the noodles.
  6. Top the ramen with the cooked gyoza, sliced green onions, and soft-boiled eggs.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
