- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant) - 2 cups
- Potatoes - 4 large
- Sirloin steak - 4 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
