Grilled Sirloin Steak with Baked Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steaks are grilling, wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Wrap them in foil and place them on the grill for 45-60 minutes, or until soft.
  5. Toss the vegetables in the remaining olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Place them in a grill basket or directly on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until charred and tender.
  6. Remove the steaks, potatoes, and vegetables from the grill. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the steaks with a baked potato and a portion of grilled vegetables on the side.
